Our Cats

Adopt A Cat gets our kitties in all kinds of ways. We partner with other rescues like Clipped Ear Cat Sanctuary, Montgomery County Animal Shelter, and BARC. CECS is a trap neuter return group who helps us with feral cats. In return we take tame kitties and place them in our adoption program.

Adopt A Cat has many adoptable cats. These kitties are housed in foster care and in our shelter/sanctuary. Some of these cats can be viewed online via our Petfinder links.

Adopt A Cat is also home to many special needs kitties. These cats are looking for homes, but may require some special care. We are always looking for permanent foster homes for these cats and donation support to help us pay for special foods and medications.

Emergency medical care is often needed and can be very expensive. We ask generous donors to help us pay for these special kitties. We rehabilitate these kitties and get them into the adoption program.
